We are looking to appoint a Science Teacher to start 1 September 2020.
Bitterne Park School is a large community school with a strong tradition of academic achievement. We provide an excellent education for 11-19 year olds set within the Bitterne Park Community. We are seeking an innovative and enthusiastic teacher to contribute to the growth of our Science team. We are a flourishing and over-subscribed school, with high expectations of all our students, and a commitment to the personal and professional development of our staff. As an established Teaching School we offer our staff access to an excellent NQT programme, a broad range of high-quality training and the opportunity to work in various capacities with colleagues from our partner schools.
The candidate should be able to teach Science to all ages to at least KS4 level. This role is suitable for a NQT or above.

BPS is an 11-19 mixed, community school and Sixth Form and is set in 18 acres of grounds overlooking the River Itchen and Riverside Park, in the bustling city of Southampton.
