SCIENCE TECHNICIAN (Physics Specialism)

We are seeking to recruit a Science Technician to work 36 hours per week, 40 weeks per year (term time plus 2 weeks)

Bexley Scale 6.1-6.4 £25,629-£26,913 (actual salary £22,609-£23,742)

Start date: 1st September 2023


The successful candidate will have an appropriate Science qualification and/or significant experience of working in the field of Science. They will be able to support with all science subjects to GCSE, and to Physics at A Level. The successful candidate will be competent in the use of ICT and have the ability to communicate well both orally and in writing with staff and students alike. They should be able to work under pressure and be highly motivated, prepared to take initiative and have the ability to work flexibly and independently as well as part of a team within the Science Department.
