We are looking for an energetic and proactive Science Technician who will support the teaching of Science throughout the school, providing assistance and advice in meeting the practical needs of the Science curriculum as well as liaising and coordinating with staff outside the Department.  Duties may be in Biology, Chemistry or Physics.  The role is permanent and is 37.5 hours per week during term time.


You will have demonstrable technical competence and be able to develop a positive rapport with colleagues, show strong influencing skills and possess excellent writing, analytical and reporting skills.  Previous experience of working in a school environment is desirable.

Embley has approx. 550 pupils aged between 2 and 18. We are a co-educational school with a Pre-Prep, Prep, Senior School and Sixth Form plus a thriving boarding community of 70 pupils.

Location
