Minerva Learning Trust is an expanding Sheffield based multi-academy Trust with a vision of providing outstanding education for all the students within our schools.  The Trust is passionate that all students should see their time at school as happy and fulfilling with their potential developed to the utmost. Chapeltown Academy joined the Trust in September 2020.

The post is a part-time position. The hours/days of work will be dependent upon the timetable and requirements of the Science Faculty to undertake experiments to meet the curriculum and exam specification. The successful candidate will need to be flexible to meet the demands of a busy science faculty, which may involve changing working days at short notice. The successful post holder will join a staff team who are committed and enthusiastic in realising the vision of the academy and ensuring the best possible outcomes for our students.

The closing date is 09:00 am on Monday 24th May 2021 and interviews will take place the same week.

Chapeltown Academy is a mixed, non-denominational, sixth-form free school located in Sheffield, South Yorkshire. The school offers A-level and AS-level courses to its students, achieving pass rates above the national average.

Chapeltown Academy was the answer for a city that lacked an excellent and focused academic institution for students wishing to pursue sixth-form studies.
