King’s Bruton is an HMC co-educational boarding and day school of 350 pupils aged 13-18.
We are looking for a part time, term-time only Science Technician to start as soon as possible. This is an important position working within the Science Departments, providing practical and administrative support to the teaching staff. Experience of working within a similar educational environment would be an advantage but is not essential.
You will be required to work 2.5 days a week (17.5 hours), with a full day either Thursday and Friday or Monday and Tuesday plus a Saturday morning.

King’s Bruton is a mixed independent school with sixth form in the Somerset town of Bruton. Students attend the school from the ages of 13 to 18, with the option to board throughout their school careers. There are approximately 370 students on roll. The Somerset school operates in partnership with Hazlegrove Preparatory School, in nearby Sparkford.
King’s Bruton was founded as a boys' school in 1519, admitting girls in the late 1960s before becoming fully co-educational in 1997.
