We seek to appoint a Seclusion Manager on a permanent basis, working 37 hours per week, term time plus one week.

This role will complement the professional work of teachers by taking responsibility for implementing the school’s Positive Discipline Policy and managing an appropriate learning environment for students temporarily excluded from lessons. The post holder will be responsible for recording, monitoring, evaluating and reporting on behaviour data.

Hours of Work: 37 Hours per Week, Term Time plus One week.
