About the role: The Halley Academy has an exciting opportunity to join our team in the role of Seclusion Room Manager to organise, administer and supervise the Seclusion Room and have a positive impact on student learning. The successful candidate will work closely with the Vice Principal to ensure a coordinated approach of this provision. Whilst full training will be offered when in post, our successful candidate will have prior experience of working in a similar capacity directly with young people, offering an empathetic and restorative outlook for the benefit of the students.
