As a Language College, MFL has a prominent place in the school curriculum and the majority of pupils sit at least one Modern Foreign Language at GCSE. The school is a multilingual community in which the importance of MFL is recognised by staff, students and parents.
We are looking to appoint a well-qualified, enthusiastic and dynamic teacher as 2 i/c of our successful MFL department, where standards are high, and we strive for excellence. Applicants must be able to teach Spanish to KS5, and French to KS3 or KS4, and they will be expected to demonstrate a track record of excellent teaching and purposeful learning.
The post would suit an aspiring teacher seeking their first leadership role.
