Specific areas of responsibility will be negotiated with the successful candidate.

You will be:

This is a superb opportunity for an ambitious teacher who wishes to develop their skills in preparation for a leadership role. Fearnhill is a very successful learning community and in 2016 was rated 9th out of Hertfordshire’s 76 secondary schools in terms of its ‘Progress 8’ score of +0.49. Good progress across all key stages has since been maintained. Ofsted identified that “Attitudes to learning are positive. All posts are subject to an Enhanced Disclosure application to the Disclosure and Barring Service and check against the ISA barred list for children, plus verification of the right to work in the UK.
