The Dean Trust is seeking to appoint a talented and enthusiastic Second in Mathematics to join our dedicated team at Broadoak School. The core purpose of the role will be to ensure, by means of effective leadership and management, consistent excellence in outcomes, teaching and learning, the quality of provision and personal development for all pupils in Maths.

We are looking for a Maths leader who is ready to join a committed staff body and a caring school community. Passionate about your subject and inspiring the next generation here at Broadoak, you will also have strong subject and pedagogical knowledge. This would be the ideal role for a teacher looking to take their first step into subject leadership, learning from an excellent and supportive Head of Department.
