Required for January 2018, a well-qualified and experienced teacher of Spanish and French to be Second in Department. The successful candidate would be expected to teach Spanish to A Level and French to GCSE.
We are seeking to appoint a well-qualified, talented and enthusiastic teacher to join our successful MFL department from January 2018. The successful candidate will be an excellent classroom practitioner with the ability to inspire and motivate students. We require someone who is imaginative, resilient and resourceful and willing to help lead the development of the Department. You will have high standards of professionalism and expectations of students. The post is suitable for someone looking for their first leadership role, as well as those who currently have experience in a leadership position.
The main requirements for the successful applicant will be an enthusiasm for Languages; a high degree of commitment to effective teaching and the ability to engage and support students of all ages in developing their understanding and enjoyment of the subject. The person appointed will also demonstrate a willingness to participate fully in the wider life of the School.
