In this key role, you will support the Head of Science in leading a team of inspirational teachers and ensuring the curriculum area provides a range of teaching methods that complement the academy’s strategic objectives, building upon the success already achieved.
If you are passionate about teaching and engaging pupils in order to raise standards through a creative and aspirational learning environment, this could be the role for you. You must be:
- an enthusiastic, committed and energetic scientist;
- able to demonstrate a range of teaching skills and behavioural management techniques;
- able to enthuse, motivate and inspire a team of staff and pupils alike.
