Oasis Community Learning is one of the largest and fastest growing multi-Academy sponsors in England, with 43 Academy schools opened since 2004. Our mission is to create and sustain a network of excellent learning communities where pupils can realise their full potential.

We are now looking to appoint a 2nd Line Support Technician to join our team. Oasis have an ITIL Service Desk, with the 2nd Line Engineer dealing with escalations from the 1st Line Team and from our Academies. You will be working mainly with Microsoft technologies, including Office 365 and Azure.

The successful candidate will:

  • have a strong technical background
  • experience of working within ITIL processes and procedures
  • be an enthusiastic customer service provider
  • possess sound problem solving and analytical skills
  • be willing to work shift patterns and travel between sites
  • have good attention to detail for completing scheduled checks and updates


This is a great opportunity to be part of a national IT team which has recently invested 3.5 million pounds in IT systems.
