We are looking for an ambitious, flexible and dynamic leader who wants to become a future Trust Principal. You will need to be highly adaptable and willing to work across and at any of our academies.

Our highly successful network of 12 schools (5 Secondary and 7 Primary) educates students across Nottinghamshire, Derbyshire, Nottingham City, Derby City and Leicestershire. We hope to grow significantly with three new secondary academies joining us in September and this role will be crucial in providing the leadership capacity, drive and agility that we need.

Spencer Academies Trust is seeking to appoint a dynamic, committed and innovative leader to work to work alongside the Executive Team in providing inspirational leadership to drive any Academy forward.

The Associate Leader will have the required leadership experience, vision and ambition coupled with strong management and communication skills to motivate the staff, student body and community to secure rapid and sustainable improvement, building capacity in teaching, leadership and support at all levels. The desire and ability to achieve challenging targets for high standards of behaviour, progress and attainment across and beyond every Academy that they work in is essential.
