Outstanding Secondary Maths Teacher

Kings’ School Nad Al Sheba Secondary is seeking to appoint a Teacher of Mathematics to join our team.


You will join a dynamic and passionate team and will be responsible for providing an exceptional education to some of the most ambitious students in Dubai. 

Following the National Curriculum for England at Key Stage 3 and Pearson IGCSE and A Level, you will inspire your students daily, to become engaged, independent, and successful life-longer learners. 

You will receive unparalleled support to ensure you are able to deliver such an education, allowing you to fully commit to our mission of ‘the best by every child’. 

We are looking for someone who is: 

Essential: 
  • Hold a relevant Bachelor's Degree 
  • Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent 
  • Strong subject knowledge and sheer enthusiasm for the subject that you are ready to share with our students 
  • Experience of teaching GCSE and A Level 
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience, though new teachers who are aspiring to be outstanding will be considered 
  • Able to teach consistently inspirational lessons and a track record of delivering outstanding results 
  • A highly collaborative nature and strong communication skills 
  • Evidence of commitment to recent professional development relevant to this role 
  • Ideas that will help to further the high profile of the department within the school 
  • ICT skills that reflect the impact of technology in today’s classrooms 
  • A commitment to the extra-curricular programme 
  • Commitment to the well-being and pastoral care of all students within their care 
  • Innovative, creative and positive mindset 
Desirable: 
  • Experience of working overseas or with international students
