About the role:

Swiss International School in Qatar is seeking an outstanding and forward-thinking MYP/DP Science/Physics teacher for August 2023. This is an exciting and challenging opportunity to be part of a passionate team of educators who are committed to supporting student needs further developing the MYP/DP Science program at SISQ.

  • A willingness to participate in the wider school community, including extra-curricular activities.

The following qualities would be an advantage:

  • MYP/DP  training
  • Experience within an international school setting

In line with the Ministry of Education's Circular 13 requirements for this position, the candidate must possess the following:

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Science
  • A teaching qualification (PGCE / QTS / Teaching Licence)
  • No more than 49 years of age in August 2023 (at the point of joining the school)

Swiss International School opened its doors in 2017 with an initial enrollment of 300 students from PK to grade 8. As Qatar's fastest growing school, SISQ now enrolls 800 students and offers a full IBDP program. We are slated for further growth and expect to reach an enrollment of 1,400 over the next few years.
