Job overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic and talented teacher of science to deliver our secondary science programme, including IGCSE Co-ordinated Sciences. Applicants must be fluent English speakers, in possession of a Spanish work permit, and able to work efficiently as part of a team. The successful candidates will be committed to planning and delivering a high quality, interesting curriculum, which challenges and inspires all our students.

Applicants must have a degree in a related field and a PGCE or equivalent. Experience teaching in the UK is desirable. Experience in successfully delivering the Cambridge IGCSE Co-ordinated Sciences programme is essential.

For this position we will require a minimum of: 

  • A degree in a related field.
  • A PGCE or PGDE (QTS preferable but not required). 
  • Experience in delivering the Cambridge IGCSE Co-ordinated Sciences programme
  • Experience in working with learners for whom English is a second or additional language is favourable. 
  • Excellent communication, organisation, interpersonal and time-management skills.
