Bury Secondary Partnership
Secondary schools and the Metropolitan Borough of Bury Council have formed two exciting and innovative locality partnerships, which will strategically manage the provision for pupils experiencing social emotional and mental health (SEMH) needs. A vital part of this work will involve links with social care, health and education.
The successful candidate will lead and facilitate the work of the partnership working amongst schools and services in Bury to drive developments as they grow to meet the needs of pupils. You will have a pivotal role in establishing and managing systems to deploy partnership resources and promoting the inclusive values of the partnerships and shaping future provision. A secondment would be considered for a suitable candidate.
It is essential that:
- You have the ability to lead and influence school leaders and other professionals
- You have a strong commitment to the needs of vulnerable pupils
- You have excellent communication and organisation skills
- You believe in collaboration and schools working together
- You are committed to multi agency working You hold a current UK driving licence and insurance for business journeys
