Vision for Education is urgently seeking to appoint a qualified Secondary Teacher on behalf of a Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) school based in Hull. The SEND school are looking to recruit a Secondary Teacher to deliver classes to boys and girls aged between 11 and 18. This role is due to start immediately on a temp – perm basis.

The role:

The desired Secondary Teacher will be teaching pupils with a range of complex needs, who have struggled in previous education placements. You will work alongside dedicated staff members who have the skills and experience needed to handle the most challenging behaviour and meet the individual learning needs including those with cognitive difficulties. The Secondary Teacher role is full time where lessons plans have already been set. This Secondary Teacher role would be ideal for a newly qualified teacher seeking their first post or equally an experienced teacher interested in developing their career.

Requirements:

To be considered for the position of Secondary Teacher, you will:

• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

• Have knowledge and passion for working with SEND children

• Have the ability to deliver inspiring lessons

• Be able to employ effective and dynamic behavioural management strategies
