We are searching for a Secondary School teacher who has experience teaching Design Technology and Science across the 11 to 18 age range.

Requirements:

All applicants must be fully qualified teachers who should hold an appropriate degree in their main teaching subject, at least 3 years’ teaching experience, a teacher training certificate at the appropriate level for the post and must be prepared to contribute to the school’s extensive co-curricular programme. Applicants must be able to show experience in the appropriate educational programmes offered at Warwick Academy (UK National Curriculum, IGCSE/GCSE, BTEC, and International Baccalaureate) or similar curricula (A-level/AP) and be able to relate positively to students, staff, and parents. Where appropriate proven success at external examinations is essential. It is expected that the successful candidates will have well developed interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with a highly motivated team of teachers.

Successful applicants will be subject to a police criminal check, SCARS training, and must meet the requirements for the Bermuda Educators Council (BEC) Teacher’s License.
