Bryanston currently has an exciting opportunity for a committed and professional Secretary to join the Second Master’s office. The Secretary provides personal administrative support to the Second Master and his office, working with two other Secretaries you will be responsible for diary management, prioritisation of work and managing all internal and external correspondence.

The successful candidate is likely to have a proven track record as a Secretary with experience of managing, and thriving on, multiple priorities in a busy and demanding environment. Ideally you will have some formal secretarial training and strong office system knowledge. You will be a competent IT user with particularly good working knowledge of Word and Excel. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as is a strong attention to detail, high level of personal organisation, an excellent command of English and the self-confidence to work autonomously using your initiative.

This is a full-time, term-time only position, which will require flexibility for some working outside of term-time on occasion. Bryanston offers a competitive remuneration package for the right candidate.
