Job overview

Uxbridge College is one of the leading providers of Further Education in West  London. Our Health and Social Care section delivers courses at Level 1 to 4, which enable students to gain knowledge and professional standards in Health and Social Care.   

Reporting to the Head of School, you will line manage Course Team Leaders and a team of lecturers and assessors and teach on a range of programmes in Health and Social Care.   You should be qualified to degree level or equivalent in the relevant subject area and possess an advanced level teaching qualification, together with up to Level 4 teaching experience in Health and Social Care. 

You should have experience of managing and motivating a team in an education or health care environment. You should also have the knowledge and skills to ensure curriculum innovation, effective team leadership and excellent standards of teaching and learning.
