We are looking for an inspirational Teacher with a passion for SEN and a creative, innovative approach to delivering the curriculum, to join us and make an impact on the learning of our students. Maths, Humanities, Food Technology, PSHE and Science experience a preference.

Sir Bobby Robson School educates young people between the ages of 8-16 who have a wide range of social, emotional and mental health needs. Many of the pupils are also on the Autistic Spectrum and many pupils can display challenging behaviours. The school serves a catchment area that covers Ipswich and surrounding areas of Suffolk. The school is part of the Trust’s network of special schools, alongside The Bridge School, Ipswich, Sir Peter Hall School, Bury St Edmunds and Churchill Special School, Haverhill. In addition to this, we have been approved to open a new special school in Romford.

You will be supported in your role by experienced special education leaders who will be available to offer advice and guidance as the school moves forward under their leadership. Significant training and development are available through opportunities for professional development, research, teacher training and collaboration between schools and across phases.
