Job overview
Lotus school is a 10 – 16 year old special school that caters for children with Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs) with an identified need of social, emotional and mental health needs (SEMH). Most of our learners also have additional Special Educational Needs or Disabilities, they may also have significant Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs) and associated trauma.
Lotus School is well on its way in our improvement journey and it is a really exciting time to join us and have a true and meaningful impact on the lives of children and young people within Lotus.
