Job overview

We are a Multi Academy Trust comprising of six secondary schools and one primary school with over 750 employees and over 5,500 students, based in Dudley, West Midlands.

At Invictus we are values driven and as such believe ‘anything is possible’. Our alternative provision estate supports learners to share the same ethos; young people who are most vulnerable are supported to flourish and experience success. Both Greenhill Alternative Learning Campus in Halesowen and Invictus Revive Learning Centre at Leasowes High School aim to support young people in KS3 and 4 who have been unable to achieve in a mainstream setting.

We are seeking an SEMH Teacher (all subjects considered) who will predominantly teach our Key Stage 3 cohort for core lessons. The successful candidate will assist young people with social, emotional, and mental health issues in mastering literacy, numeracy, and reading skills ahead of their reintegration into mainstream schools. You will be supported by a team of dedicated support staff and leaders in a collaborative approach to secure the best academic outcomes for young people.

If you are resilient, hardworking, and organised, we would welcome your application to join the ‘dream team’.
