Your new role

As SEN Administrator, you will provide essential administrative support to the SENDCo and wider SEN team.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing and updating student records, observations, and diagnostic data.

  • Collating evidence for Access Arrangements and Reasonable Adjustments in line with JCQ regulations.

  • Maintaining Personal Learning Profiles and communicating updates to staff.

  • Coordinating Learning Support Assistant timetables and ensuring provision for scribes and readers.

  • Acting as a key point of contact for parents, staff, and external agencies, managing enquiries and scheduling meetings.

  • Supporting SENDCo with diary management, email correspondence, and accurate record-keeping.
