We wish to appoint two Learning Support Assistants to work in our friendly, supportive, multi cultural school.  This position primarily involves working as a 1:1 support assistant for a pupil with SEND needs, helping them to access the classroom environment and curriculum, under the guidance of the class teacher and SENCo.

Ideal candidates will:
Have previous experience and enjoy working with children
Be patient, enthusiastic and understanding
Be skilled in working with children who display challenging behaviour in a therapeutic and nurturing manner.
Have good written and oral skills in both English and Maths (at least grade C GCSE
