We are looking for skilled and enthusiastic SEN Manager to manage a team of Teaching Assistants and oversee SEN administration to ensure effective support for SEN students.
This is a valuable opportunity for an individual who:
- has experience of working with and supporting young people with a high level of need;
- has experience in managing adults in the workplace;
- has a desire to promote high expectations and aspirations for young people;
- enjoys helping young people to overcome barriers to learning in order to raise attainment and achievement.
Candidates must have a minimum of GCSE English and Maths grades A-C.
We can offer you
- 37 hours a week, permanent; term-time plus 4 weeks (including INSET days).
- Salary – Grade 8: £21,767.77 – £24,142.90 per annum, pro rata based on term-time plus 4 weeks.
