SEN Operations Manager
Responsible To: Assistant SENCo
Salary: H5 FTE (£20,344-£22,462) Actual (£15,380-£16,981)
Contract: 32 hours per week, Term Time plus 2 weeks
Start Date: July 2020
We are looking for a dynamic, self motivated individual who will manage SEN timetables and administration and to manage and carry out administrative duties within the Learning Support Department. You will have Experience in the use of IT systems including Google docs & sheets and a willingness to learn and embrace new systems to drive the school forward.
The successful applicant will have:
Excellent organisational and administrative skills
An enquiring mind and a willingness to be creative
The ability to produce published work in a range of formats which is accurate and requires no further checking - google sheets & documents
Excellent accuracy and eye for detail.
Ability to prioritise workload and self-management.
Specific duties include (please refer to the job description for further details):
Supporting student/Teaching Assistant timetables
Responsible for liaising and administration of annual review paperwork
Liaising with all external professionals
Supporting the administration of JCQ regulations
Management of some teaching Assistants
