SEN Teacher

South Acton Nursery School and Children’s Centre and Windmill Children’s Centre are excited to appoint 2 teachers to work in our specialist units supporting children with special educational needs. We place the child at the centre of everything we do, operating a child led curriculum and supporting all our children to achieve their full potential.

We are looking for motivated, caring and enthusiastic teachers with a passion for SEN.

• To directly deliver outstanding teaching and learning in the foundation stage to children with SEN.
• To work within a team of Nursery staff, nursery officers and teaching assistants.
• To work alongside other professionals including Speech and Language, Physiotherapist and Occupational Therapist to deliver a high quality curriculum to a small group of reception aged children.
• To contribute to the reduction of inequalities by helping children achieve excellent academic results and lifelong learning outcomes.
