This is an excellent opportunity for a well-qualified, inspiring teacher to join our highly successful Pastoral team. We are seeking to recruit a SEN teacher to provide academic support individually or in small groups. The successful candidate will be caring and engaging, willing to develop their skills, have an adaptable and flexible approach.
Fine Arts College is a leading Sixth and Fifth Form College specialising the Arts and Humanities. It has a distinctive ethos and an enviable reputation for excellence in both academic and creative subjects as well as in its pastoral work. We encourage an atmosphere of mutual respect in which individual talents and ambitions are supported and helped to develop. We have around 60 students in Years 10 & 11 and 180 students in the Sixth Form.
The successful candidate will support students from Year 10 to A level. They must be flexible, motivated and have an ability to communicate enthusiasm, and enjoy working in a close team. The post is to begin in September 2023 until February 2024.
Suitable candidates will have the highest aspirations for their students' work and academic outcomes.
This role will be paid according to experience and qualifications.
