Position: Special Educational Needs (SEN) Teacher
We are seeking passionate, dedicated, and skilled SEN Teachers to join our teams across the Newton Group for the 2025/2026 academic year.

Key Responsibilities
    Develop, lead, and implement the school’s SEN policies and practices
    Assess students’ individual needs and collaborate on tailored support plans
    Work closely with classroom teachers, parents, and external specialists to support inclusive learning
    Provide training and guidance to staff on SEN strategies and best practices
    Monitor student progress and the effectiveness of interventions

Candidate Requirements
    Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field, with relevant SEN qualifications
    Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a SEN Teacher or in a similar role, ideally within a British or international curriculum school
    Strong leadership and communication skills
    Commitment to inclusive education and safeguarding
    Collaborative and flexible approach, with a passion for supporting students of all abilities
