We are currently looking to recruit an English Teacher for a Special Educational Needs school located in Solihull. This school caters for students with physical disabilities who are 3 to 19 years of age. You will be working with students between the ages of 14 and 19 who have varying abilities and special educational needs from p level to level 1 accreditation.
This is a part time role that will be three days each week, which will begin as soon as possible and will be an ongoing basis. You will be working with dedicated support staff to develop individuals with their day to day learning. You will also be expected to support break time and lunchtime duties as all of the teachers within this school do.
The Ideal candidate –
· Will have QTS
· Highly creative in a classroom setting
· Knowledge within the education sector
· Passion for supporting the learning of children
· In date DBS & on the Update Service
Candidates will be required to attend a face to face interview to register; we will need to gain two references either academic or professional and hold an enhanced Criminal Records Bureau disclosure (or be prepared to allow us to process one for you).
