We are currently looking for a Special Educational Needs Teaching Assistant to join a Secondary school in Kings Norton. This school caters for students with MLD, SLD, EBD and ASD; the ideal candidate will be driven to support sometimes challenging behaviour. This role will begin as soon as possible and end in July, we are looking for someone that can make a real difference in young people’s lives.

You will be expected to support the learning of students on a 1:1 basis and with small groups. This school is passionate about encouraging good morals and independents for all students.
The Ideal candidate –
· Will have QTS
· Highly creative in a classroom setting
· Knowledge within the education sector
· Passion for supporting the learning of children
· In date DBS & on the Update Service
Candidates will be required to attend a face to face interview to register; we will need to gain two references either academic or professional and hold an enhanced Criminal Records Bureau disclosure (or be prepared to allow us to process one for you).
