At Archbishop Sumner CofE Primary School, we’re looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistant to join our family community. The role:

  • Minimum of 1 year experience working as a teaching assistant supporting children with additional needs.

  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team

  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written

  • Patience, empathy and understanding when working with children who have diverse learning requirements

  • Knowledge of strategies for supporting children with special education needs

  • Willingness to undertake relevant training.
