Pay: £19,000 - £24,000 (based on qualifications and experience)

Situated in Northenden, Manchester, Oakbrook School is eagerly looking forward to opening its doors in Easter 2026. We are proud to introduce ourselves as a new special school, part of The Wellbrook School in Derbyshire. Our provision is designed to support up to 20 young people aged 9 to 16 with Autism and Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs.

We are looking for a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team. You will be instrumental in creating a positive learning environment and making a real difference in our pupil’s lives. Due to our small class sizes, you will have the chance to establish genuine connections with each student and offer tailored support. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of something special from the very beginning. This role is a term-time role working 39 weeks of the year offering a salary of £19,000-£24,000 per annum to be paid over 12 months.
