Are you looking for a new challenge? Are you looking to work within a friendly and supportive environment? We are looking for an outstanding Teaching Assistant for a Special Educational Needs school located in Solihull. This school caters for students with a broad spectrum of Special Educational Needs, 3 to 19 years of age. We are looking for someone with experience with supporting children in an educational environment.

This role will begin as soon as possible and end in May 2017. We are ideally looking for a confident individual who can work with students on a 1:1 basis and with small groups, aiding with a number of skills and tasks. You will support the class teacher with the day to day running of lessons. 

The ideal candidate –

·         Level 2 or 3 TA qualification

·         Deliver quality assistance to teacher(s) and pupil(s)

· Build rapport with the children

· In date DBS & on the Update Service    

Candidates will be required to attend a face to face interview to register; we will need to gain two references either academic or professional and hold an enhanced Criminal Records Bureau disclosure (or be prepared to allow us to process one for you).
