Marlborough Primary School are recruiting a dynamic, forward-thinking SENCO to lead SEN and Inclusion in our state-of-the-art 2 FE Primary School and 12-place Autism Provision located in the heart of Chelsea. Recently rated ‘Good’ by Ofsted (February 2019), Marlborough is committed to achievement for all.
We are looking for an outstanding teacher with a passion for SEND and high expectations of all children’s learning and behaviour to lead and manage high quality provision for SEND pupils across the school. The successful candidate will preferably hold the National SENDCO Award or be committed to achieving it within 3 years.

is an outstanding teacher able and confident to motivate staff and pupils
has the drive and ability to secure excellent progress and attainment for all children regardless of their starting point
has the vision, knowledge and skills to work with our talented team of teachers and support staff to ensure excellent provision, inclusive practice and outcomes for children with SEN
knows how to identify pupils needs and utilise additional resources for pupils
develops a strong partnership with parents, external agencies and the wider school community
is committed to ensuring achievement for all though equal access and opportunity and aspiration for all children
