Our ambition is to ensure that all young people leave school equipped with the skills and knowledge to thrive in their future lives and careers in the digital age. Young people must be creative, critical thinkers who can create technology as well as consume it.

LAB is going into its second year in a new building complex in Lansdowne in Central Bournemouth serving Reception, Years 1, 7 and 8 with up to 400 students. At capacity, we will have 1510 students, serving ages from 4 to 18.

As a SENCO you will work alongside the Principal or Principal’s Designee to coordinate and monitor the development of Personal Learning Profiles on provision map and be involved in applying, monitoring, and reviewing Education Health Care Plans (EHCP).

We are looking for somebody who is as committed to inclusion as we are, has a good understanding of SEND, provision and supporting young children and teachers within the classroom and school setting.
