Lyon Park Primary School is a Group 5 School with 920 pupils on roll. The school is in Wembley and serves a richly diverse community.

The Governing Body is seeking to appoint an outstanding and well-motivated leader who will lead and manage the education and welfare of the SEND pupils across the school.

We are looking for a SENCo who will/is:

• Ensure that pupils’ wellbeing is central to all decisions, developments and actions;
• Inspire and motivate pupils and staff to achieve their full potential;
• Be committed and share our belief that education is a partnership between  pupils, parents, staff, governors, the local community and other stakeholders;
• A strong team player who is resilient and relentless in the pursuit of excellence;
