We require the successful candidates to have:

  • Experience working with pupils with SEN
  • The ability to oversee the development of SEN provision in the school
  • The ability to work closely, positively and proactively with staff, parents, pupils and outside agencies
  • A hands-on approach
  • Be able to meet deadlines
  • The ability to be flexible and adaptable
  • Line management skills
  • Willingness to participate in the school's safeguarding and pastoral teams
  • Knowledge of the SEND code of Practice
  • Hold the NASENDCo qualification or be willing to achieve this qualification

The contract on offer is permanent and full time, and we require the successful candidate to commence employment in the new academic year on 01/09/2023. Please note, salaries will be offered based on current salaries along with a SEN allowance of £2,384.
