An inspirational SENCO required for Burnt Ash Primary School

We are seeking to appoint a committed, reflective and experienced SENCO with a passion for helping children achieve. We are looking for a talented individual who shares our vision and passion for high aspiration and achievement for all.

Burnt Ash Primary School consistently achieves outstanding pupil results which has placed us within the top 100 schools in the country. We are a caring and supportive whole school community which is culturally diverse and inclusive. Our last Ofsted inspection rated the Leadership and Management as outstanding, together with the Behaviour and Safety of our pupils.

The successful candidate will have a good understanding of the SEND framework and of working with external agencies. They will possess a calm personality and the ability to handle several issues at the same time. This position is non-class based however the ability to inspire excellent practice throughout the school through modelling, training and mentoring is essential.
