Required from January 2018 we are looking for an enthusiastic, dedicated professional to lead and develop the Learning Support teams across the Trust.
Bushey St James Trust, is an innovative and exciting Multi-School Academy Trust formed in February 2012, initially between Bushey Meads School and Little Reddings Primary School. The Trust is growing and is committed to continuous improvement and creativity and firmly believes in the personal development of all its students ensuring that they are challenged to reach their potential. The Trust is committed to providing a high quality learning environment for all.
We are now looking to recruit an outstanding SEN Coordinator to lead, develop and support effective practice for students with identified barriers to their learning across the Trust. In this crucial position you will use a dynamic skill set as you support learners’ progress, work closely with families and play an important staff development role. You should be confident with using data to evaluate the impact of support and interventions. You will lead a large team co-ordinating the high quality support and intervention, which enables each learner to achieve his or her full potential.
The ability to teach literacy or numeracy is desirable but not essential. We would welcome applications from either the secondary or primary sector. For suitably qualified and experienced candidates a further additional payment may be considered.
