Company Overview:

Seva Care Group, incorporating Seva Education and Seva Respite & Residential, is a dedicated organisation that champions vulnerable adults, children, and young people, prioritizing their care, well-being, and education. Our mission is to improve the lives of the children and young people we work with and have a positive impact on their broader relationships. With a strong bond and deep commitment to our wider community, we provide tailored innovative solutions to meet the unique needs of children and their families.

Operating since 2009, we have been offering adult services encompassing Residential, Supported Living, Day Services, and Outreach, responding to the societal need. In 2021, we expanded our reach by establishing a school for children with social, emotional, and mental health considerations in Harrow for 7-16-year-olds, and an FE school in Ealing for 16-25-year-olds. We have recently added a third school site in Neasden, focusing on the 7-16 age group and catering to higher and more profound needs. Additionally, we operate our own Transport service.

Additionally, you will engage with parents to support SEN and pupils' healthcare, monitor the quality of SEN support, maintain the SEND register of pupils, and raise awareness of SEND issues among teaching staff. Your personal presentation and professional conduct will serve as a role model for pupils, and you will perform specific duties to ensure pupil safety and exhibit a determination to succeed with a positive attitude towards your work. Moreover, you will lead and support the maintenance of Education, Health, Care Plans and implement relevant processes in accordance with the SEND Code of Practice.
