Nightingale has set high expectations and our academy is improving rapidly.  Our mission is to create a thriving and busy school, where all students are motivated and inspired to participate creatively in a supportive and safe environment, achieving at all levels; with staff working towards a common goal to produce well rounded individuals and deliver a first class education.

We aim to provide effective opportunities for all pupils and ensure they are fully included in school life, are successful learners and have both strengths and weaknesses recognised and supported.  We are looking to appoint a vibrant, inspirational SENCO to lead on SEN across the academy and ideally someone who can support the Humanities department as well.
