Job overview

Holland Park School, part of United Learning, is seeking an exceptional SENCo to lead the strategic development and day-to-day coordination of SEND provision. This is a non-teaching role, enabling full focus on achieving outstanding outcomes for our most vulnerable learners.

Working closely with the Assistant Principal – Inclusion, you will oversee EHCPs, lead staff training, liaise with external agencies, and ensure every student receives the right support to thrive.

About You

You will be an experienced, motivated practitioner with:

QTS and the National Award for SEN Coordination (or willingness to complete it)
A strong understanding of the SEND Code of Practice (2015)
Experience coordinating or leading SEND provision in a secondary school
Excellent communication, organisational, and leadership skills
A genuine belief that every child can achieve
