Governors seek to appoint a truly special person to a Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) leadership development position which will lead to a fully qualified SENCo role within The Marvell College.
We welcome applications from excellent teachers who can demonstrate a strong track record of pupil progress and are able to articulate a compelling vision for the leadership of all aspects of SEND provision.
Leadership experience is desirable but not essential as the successful applicant will benefit from high quality training and support, including completion of the National Award for Special Educational Needs Co-coordinators during the first year in post.
