Tudor Grange Samworth Academy

We are looking for an enthusiastic, experienced and highly committed individual to join our middle leadership team as SENCo. The successful applicant will teach as required and lead high quality SEND provision across the Academy which enables excellent learning outcomes and success for all students. They will provide clear guidance for staff on the implementation of quality first teaching strategies to raise achievement for students with SEND, as well as establish and manage bespoke interventions to support the academic, social and emotional progress of identified students. They will also manage our dedicated and experienced team of learning support staff. 

 The successful applicant will need to hold the National Award for SEN Co-ordination, as well as have relevant SEND experience. They would also need to have full working knowledge of relevant SEND legislation and the SEND Code of Practice.
