We are delighted to offer the opportunity for a talented and inspirational SENCo to join our team from Easter 2020 (a September start is possible). Beauchamp College is an outstanding secondary school based in south Leicestershire delivering KS3, 4 and 5.

The Beauchamp College Learning Development Department currently comprises a dedicated team of LSAs and HLTAs with an Assistant SENCo and is line managed by a Vice Principal. We have a newly built dedicated space for pupils with SEND and a hearing support centre. We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated teacher to contribute to this growing department. 

We are seeking a diligent and committed professional, who can deliver consistently high-quality support for our students. A natural team player, we are looking for a teacher who can integrate themselves well into a successful team. We are seeking to appoint an exceptional colleague with a strong knowledge base and passion for championing special educational needs, and someone who is committed to improving the outcomes and life chances of students with SEND.
