We are seeking to appoint a passionate and enthusiastic SENCO to join our SEN team. Leading our large team of experienced teaching assistants, the successful candidate will ensure high-quality SEN provision is in place for our pupils with learning difficulties or disabilities. In response to the growth of Aspire Schools Trust the postholder will work closely with our partner schools across the Trust, working collaboratively to ensure that all pupils achieve to the very best of their ability. In addition, the postholder will be the designated teacher responsible for our pupils who are Looked After Children.

CPD is at the heart of our staff development so applications are welcomed from experienced colleagues, or aspiring SENCOs who are willing to become NASENCO qualified. We also welcome applications from those with SENCO experience who are from a primary background.
